My husband retired just as the economy went bonkers. I never worked outside the home long enough to get SS. I have friends who have gotten rif...Thanks, Faith. I have friends who have gotten riffed by the school system and others who have lost jobs throughout this terrible crisis. Others have been moved into positions not of their choosing but still have a job. My heart breaks for them. It is all so sad. Never in my wildest dreams would I have ever thought my 3 children would be having a harder time in their adult lives than we had. We just keep plugging as they so thankful for what we do have.
